Rebuilding trial onboarding around the first value moment
Campaign pageTrials were activating late and converting poorly. I mapped the path to first value and rebuilt onboarding emails and in-app nudges around it.

+38% trial-to-paid
I cut the sequence from 9 generic emails to 5 triggered on behaviour, and moved the "aha" action three steps earlier. The strategy, the test plan, and the before/after numbers are all in the published case study.
