Yes — you can cancel your Premium subscription at any time from your account settings. You'll keep access to all Premium features until the end of your current billing period. No questions asked.

No. When your subscription ends, your published portfolio stays on your Pholeo link (if none is published, one stays unlocked as a draft), your other portfolios are unpublished and locked, and any custom domain is disconnected and removed. You'll lose access to Premium features — custom domain, full analytics, PDF export — but your content is never deleted.

Yes. You can switch from monthly to annual billing at any time and the savings will apply from your next billing cycle. Switching from annual to monthly takes effect at renewal.

Your published portfolio stays published on your Pholeo link (yourname.pholeo.co). If none is published, the one you most recently created or edited stays unlocked as a draft; we don't publish it for you. Your other portfolios are unpublished and locked, and nothing is deleted. Any custom domain is disconnected and removed, and Premium features like analytics and PDF export stop.

We generally do not offer refunds for subscription fees already charged. If you believe you were charged in error, contact [email protected] within 14 days of the charge and we will review your request on a case-by-case basis. Nothing in this policy limits your rights under applicable consumer protection laws, including those of Canada. Full details are in Section 5.7 of our Terms of Service.

Yes. Your portfolio data is stored securely and is never deleted without your explicit request. We maintain regular backups and take data integrity seriously.

There's no time-limited trial, but the free plan lets you build and publish a complete portfolio before committing to Premium. Upgrade when you need the extra features — not before.
